These Terms and Conditions apply when you use https://cleannomoretexas.com or request cleaning services from Clean No More Cleaning Services (Clean No More). Clean No More operates from Irving, Texas, United States.
Estimates
Estimates are free and are based on the information you give us: the service you want, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, approximate square footage, whether pets live in the home, and the condition of the space. If conditions on site differ meaningfully from what was described, we will tell you before starting and you can approve the adjusted scope or decline it at no cost.
Scheduling and access
You do not need to be home during the service. If you will not be present, you are responsible for giving us working access instructions, such as a door code, a lockbox or a key handoff. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we may treat the visit as a cancellation.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Plans change and we would rather move a visit than lose it. Contact us as early as you can by phone or text and we will reschedule. Repeated same day cancellations may affect our ability to hold a recurring slot for you.
What is included
The scope of each service is described on the corresponding service page of this website and is confirmed with you before the work begins. Anything not listed in the agreed scope is not included unless we agree to it in writing or by message beforehand.
What we do not do
We want this to be clear before you book. Our team does not:
- Perform repairs, plumbing, electrical work, pest control or mold remediation
- Move heavy furniture or appliances, though we clean around and behind them where they can be reached safely
- Clean the exterior of second story windows or work from tall ladders
- Handle biohazards, human or animal waste beyond ordinary litter box and bathroom cleaning, or hoarding conditions
- Sort, stack, discard or reorganize personal papers and belongings
Valuables and fragile items
Please secure cash, jewelry, collectibles and irreplaceable items before your service. If an item is fragile or has special handling requirements, tell us in advance and we will leave it untouched.
Pets
We clean homes with pets and use products intended to be safe around them. Let us know in advance how many pets you have and where they will be so our team can plan around them. If a pet is anxious around strangers, securing it during the visit keeps everyone comfortable.
If something is not right
Walk through the space before our team leaves. If an area needs another pass, point it out and we will address it during that same visit. If you notice something after we have gone, contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to make it right.
Payment
Payment is due when the service is completed. We accept Zelle, Cash, Check. Prices are quoted per job based on your estimate and are not published on this website.
Promotions
15% off your first clean applies to a new client's first service and cannot be combined with other offers. We may change or end promotions at any time, but we will honor any offer already confirmed in your estimate.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Texas law, our liability in connection with a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage caused by defects in the property or its fixtures.
